Bailey Spicher started as a Summer Intern in Havre several years back. He joined us full time as a Lender in our Shelby Branch in the Spring of 2023 after graduating from Montana State University. His story beginning as a summer intern and now being promoted to Ag/Commercial Loan Officer is one that Independence Bank takes great pride in telling. Congratulations on your achievement Bailey!!
Scott Leeds joined Independence Bank in the Fall of 2024. As part of the Havre lending team Scott has integrated himself into volunteering, community events and serving our customers. His work experience and deep Havre roots have proven invaluable to his growth with Independence Bank. Join us in congratulating Scott on his promotion to Ag/Commercial Loan Officer.

Caitlin Teske has accepted the Consumer Lender position in Havre. Caitlin has been with our KOA Dept since joining Independence Bank in 2022 and will begin transitioning to the Consumer Lender position in February. Caitlin welcomes this opportunity and is looking forward to growing in her new role with Independence Bank. Congratulations, Caitlin!!
