Over 50% of our employees serve on community boards and organizations, supporting youth, seniors, education, and health.
In November of 2025, our employees volunteered more than 661 hours in their local communities. Their time went to food pantries, athletic events, senior citizens, children, education, foster parents and children, Boys and Girls Club, First Responders and more! Every year, Independence Bank donates thousands of dollars in support of our communities. Whether large or small, we strive to make each donation impactful to our friends and neighbors and the future of our communities.
Historically, the majority of IB donations supports Youth Organizations and Education. In 2024, that trend continued with almost 51% our donations going to youth clubs, organizations, events, and schools in our branch communities.
