Why are you making this change?
We're upgrading to a new digital banking platform designed to provide a more seamless and convenient banking experience. Whether you're banking at home, at work, or on the go, the new system will make it easier to manage your accounts.
The enhanced platform will combine Personal and Business Online Banking into a single, easy-to-use experience, featuring the tools you rely on today along with improved navigation, enhanced security, a new mobile banking app, and more.
When will the change take place?
The upgrade is scheduled for the week of October 5, 2026, with a planned launch date of October 8, 2026.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for this change?
Yes. To help ensure a smooth transition, we recommend taking the following steps before the launch date:
What if I don’t know my Username or Password?
If you are unsure of your username, please contact us at 800.823.2274 for assistance.
If you have forgotten your password, select "Password Help" on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it. For additional assistance with your username or password, you may also contact your local branch.
Do you anticipate any downtime with the current system?
Yes. As part of our transition to the new platform, Online Banking and Mobile Banking services are expected to be unavailable from Tuesday, October 6, through Thursday, October 8. Please refer to the Timeline of Events for detailed information regarding service availability and key conversion milestones during this period.
What will happen with External Transfers and Bill Pay during the conversion?
Any external transfers or bill payments scheduled prior to the conversion will continue to process as expected.
Please schedule any future external transfers or bill payments before October 6, 2026, as Online Banking access will be unavailable during the conversion period.
What are some enhancements I can expect with this upgrade?
This upgrade will deliver a more connected and convenient digital banking experience for both personal and business customers.
Key enhancements include:
The new platform is designed to make everyday banking easier, more secure, and more convenient.
Will this affect my accounts details?
Most of your account information will remain intact and ready to use. This includes your transaction history, scheduled payments, internal transfers, and eStatement preferences.
Will this upgrade affect the Mobile Banking app?
When the update goes live, you'll be asked to open your existing app and follow the prompt to download the new version. After installation, log in using your current User ID and Password.
If you don't already have our app, download it today so you're ready to enjoy an enhanced platform and eventually have access to all the latest features.
As part of this upgrade, our app will be available for download that allows both personal and business account holders to access their accounts from one easy-to-use app.
How do I access the new Mobile Banking app?
Through the Current Mobile Banking App
What if I use biometrics to log in via the Mobile Banking app?
If you utilize biometrics to access your accounts via our Mobile Banking app, you will need to be sure you know your User ID and Password prior to our go-live date. You will be required to enter these within the new app the first time you log in. After you have logged in, you can reestablish your biometrics for future logins.
Will this affect the login process?
No. After the new system launches, you'll continue to sign in with your current User and Password. During your first login, you'll be prompted to verify your identity by choosing either a text message, phone call or email to receive a one-time passcode. Enter the passcode and submit to complete a secure login.
What if I use biometrics to log in?
If you normally log in using biometrics, make sure you know your User ID and Password before the upgrade. You'll need to enter these credentials the first time you access the new system. Once you've logged in successfully, you can re-enable biometric authentication for future logins.
Will my account number or debit card change?
No, you will keep your same account numbers and debit card—there will be no changes to this information.
Are any of my personal account details not being transferred to the new system?
Alerts, Bill Pay payees, and auto pay details will be transferred to the new system. Your card controls, external transfers, alert push notifications, and personal finance manager information will NOT transfer to the new system. You will need to make note of or save this information for your records prior to October 6, 2026.
Will the business online banking login change?
When you log in to the new system, you will no longer need to select the 'IB Corp Business' drop down. Your Username and Password will remain the same. If you are a soft token user (digital), you'll be required to download the new digipass application to complete token enablement prior to login. If you are a hard token user, you will need to complete a token enablement prior to login.
Are any of my business account details not being transferred to the new system?
Your internal transfer templates and ACH/Wire history and alerts will not transfer to the new system. Please save any existing templates and history before October 6, 2026. Internal transfer templates and alerts will need to be reestablished again once the new system is live.
Do I need to be aware of any action items regarding my ACH/Wire Templates?
Yes, we recommend saving third party customer information for each unique ACH/Wire file you have set up if you have not done so prior to October 6, 2026, as the “Copy” feature is not supported within the new system. Any scheduled or recurring ACH/Wire payments dated between October 6-8 will not be sent and will need to be setup once you have gained access to the system on October 8.
What action items should I consider post-upgrade?
You will need to re-establish your Internal Transfer Templates. These will not transfer over from the current system. Please be sure to review your account details carefully to ensure everything transferred correctly.
Do you offer Zelle® for Small Businesses?
Zelle is not currently available to our business customers. However, the new platform will enable us to provide Zelle for Small Business capabilities on October 8, 2026—this migration is a foundational step in supporting our ability to offer you this functionality.
Who can I contact for more information?
